It’s an easy 1, 2, 3 to set up your account
- Click on the “CUSTOMER PORTAL REGISTRATION & LOGIN” button.
- Click “Register” and complete the Client Registration information.
- Your Full Name
- Your Date of Birth
- Your Email Address
- An Active Policy Number
- Your Social Security Number
- Click the “Submit For Review” button.
You will receive an email from support@qladmin.com with a temporary password within 24 hours after your account information has been verified. Please follow the instructions to change the temporary password to a new password of your choosing.

(Please note: Some forms require a physical signature so they will need to be printed, signed, and emailed to customerservice@tslic.com.)
